Orders shall be processed subject to accurate information provided by the Users. The credit card information provided by the User shall be correct and accurate. The credit card shall lawfully be held by the User and any fraudulent use of the credit card is a punishable offence under Laws of India.
b) TP Impex may require some additional information for processing of order. In case any additional information is required TP Impex shall be in touch with the User.

Ordering & Payment
a) Order: Your order shall be processed subject to your payment being processed successfully.
b) Payment Mode: The Payment may be made by Credit Card, Debit card, or net banking. We do not accept any other form of payment, including without limitation, cheques, money orders.
EMI Schemes may be available by payment through Select Credit Cards.
c) For your security, the billing name and address on your credit card must match that of the information you submit. If the information provided does not match, your order may be delayed in processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not adhere to these criteria.

e) Statutory Taxes: All purchases on our website shall be subject relevant statutory taxes.
Credit Card Details
We do not store any Credit card Information at our end.
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on TP Impex website will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is un-lawfully owned or possessed by you, thus you must not pay or attempt to pay for Product(s) using fraudulent credit card information. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details on TP Impex website.
Further the said information will not be utilized or shared by TP Impex with any third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. TP Impex shall not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively yours.
Delivery, Return, Warranty & Liability
a) Delivery and Return – The products on website are available in select cities within India. The delivery days shall be all weekdays, with an exception to National Holidays and any other public holiday. Delivery shall be made within 7-10 business days from the time of purchase. However, depending on the billing address delivery in remote areas may take more than 10 business days.
b) Return Policy –The damaged goods maybe returned subject to the policy of TP Impex.
c) Warranties- The TP Impex Product warranty obligations are limited to those set forth in the printed literature included with the Products and TP Impex shall be directly responsible for any warranty repair and claim.
d) Limitations of Damages & Liability- TP Impex shall not be liable to customer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any claim by any third-party. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of Products, TP Impex shall not be liable for any amount of damages above the amount paid by the Customer for the purchase of the product under these terms and conditions.
Cancellations
TP Impex reserves the right to accept or cancel orders for any reason. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by TP Impex and accept TP Impex's decision regarding the cancellation. TP Impex also reserves the right to cancel your order in case of:
- Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
- Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.
- Non availability of product ordered.
- Any other reasons beyond reasonable control of TP Impex.
We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be returned back in your Credit Card Account.
Typographical Errors
This website may contain any typographical error including pricing and if a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, TP Impex shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. TP Impex shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, TP Impex shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Indemnity
User shall at all times fully indemnify and hold harmless TP Impex and/ or TP Impex and their officers, directors, agents, and employees, associate companies from any and all costs, losses, claims, demands, damages and liabilities ,actions including costs and reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party and/or penalty imposed due to and/or arising out of User's breach of the Terms & Conditions and/or User's violation of any law, rules or regulations and/or the rights of a third party and/or the infringement by User including, without limitation, intellectual property rights infringement, obscene and/or indecent postings, and on-line defamation, and/or any third party using the User's account, of any proprietary and/or other right of any person and/or entity.

Governing Law
This agreement and any sales hereunder shall be governed by the laws of India. The Parties to the dispute shall make all endeavors to settle their disputes amicably. If the Parties are unable to settle their dispute amicably the dispute shall be resolved as per applicable Law. The disputes shall be settled as per Laws of India and shall be subject to the Jurisdiction of Courts of Delhi.
